The Day-To-Day Activities
Job Summary :
1. Process Optimization
Analyze current accounts payable processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

2. Automation Implementation
Familiar with design and implement automation solutions using tools such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation), AI, and machine learning to streamline accounts payable operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practice and streamline process flow

3. System Integration
Ensure seamless integration of automated solutions with existing ERP systems.
Participate in development and implementation of financial system and tools.

4. Data Management
Manage and maintain accurate records of all automated processes, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.

5. Training & Support
Provide training and support to the accounts payable team on new automated processes and tools.

6. Performance Monitoring
Monitor the performance of automated processes, identifying and resolving issues promptly.

7. Compliance
Compliance - Ensure all automated processes comply with relevant financial regulations and company policies.

8. Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in process automation and continuously seek opportunities to enhance accounts payable processes.

About You
Job Requirement :
Degree in Accounting , with relevant working experience 3 -5 years
Familiar with SAP system
Familiar with end to end Account Payable end to end process
Familiar with stakeholder management for project based task
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in process automation and optimization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
