Job Description

  • Staff Benefit Card Registration: Take ownership of the employee benefit card registration process to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all employees. You'll be responsible for making sure that staff receive their benefit cards efficiently and that any issues are resolved promptly.
  • AI Chatbot Monitoring: Oversee the AI Chatbot platform used for employee benefit queries, ensuring it's running efficiently and providing accurate information. You'll also have the chance to suggest improvements based on user feedback.
  • Administrative Support: Gain hands-on experience in handling key HR administrative tasks, including managing billing processes for employee benefits. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our operations.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, particularly in managing HR processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective internal and external HR correspondence.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving HR-related issues efficiently.
  • Passion for HR: Demonstrated interest in HR and a desire to grow in the field.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Capable of meeting deadlines and managing multiple HR tasks in a dynamic environment.
