Job Summary
As a Graduate Trainee in ISD, you will undergo a structured learning and development program designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel as a Data Scientist and/or Software Engineer. Throughout the 2-year contract, you will be immersed in real-world projects and receive mentorship from seasoned professionals in the field. This program aims to foster personal and professional growth, preparing you for a successful career in the IT industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Strategic Input

• Constantly monitor data analytics trends, emerging tools and technologies to continually improving people, processes and technologies.
• Translate the strategic vision into intelligence requirements and drive the fulfilment of these technical requirements.
• Analyse business change drivers to determine business, information, solution and information technology requirements.

• Business Analysis

• Support the business with customer Value Management by developing models to analyse customer behaviour.
• Develop and implement an end-user self-service reporting & analytics strategy (data models, reporting tools, training, testing & review, and retirement of abandoned reports).
• Analyse complex data systems and document data elements, data flow, relationships and dependencies.
• Build and manage data sets for reporting integration, dashboards, data visualization, data mining, and predictive analytics.

• Project Delivery
• Develop and drive the execution of projects, tracking, monitoring and compliance of Projects.
• Ensure effective implementation of the agile analytics project management model.
• Value generation of analytics use case.
• Timeline of use case completion.
• innovatively and genuinely of analytics model.

• Stakeholders Management

• Manage collaboration and relationship between different departments in delivering solutions to meet customers’ business needs.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

• Timely Reporting & Analysis

• Periodic reporting of project status and escalation of issues as and when required.
• Conduct project post-mortems to identify successful project elements and improvement areas.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Graduated within the last 2 years.
• Able to conceptualize, prototype, design, develop and implement large scale data science solutions on premises or in the cloud.
• Solid programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, C++, or similar.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Pandas, NumPy, Tableau, or similar.
• Experience with various software development methodologies and version control systems.
• Able to develop and implement advanced analytics use cases with statistical learning, business intelligence, machine learning, graph theory and deep learning to yield business value from data.
• To implement predictive modelling, multivariate analysis, research design, association rules, time series analysis, survival analysis, forecasting and optimization techniques to formulate and solve data analysis problems.
• Excellent communication skills, providing verbal and written communication that is outstanding to both direct reports and senior management as well as other stakeholders.
• Creative thinking, able to look at alternatives and consider new ways of thinking to problem solve.
• Multi-tasking, can manage several concurrent projects and prioritize demands
