Job Responsibilities

  • Management of Self-owned Digital Platforms (Web/E-commerce)
    • Conduct User Acccepting Testing when there is any deployment on our digital platforms.
    • Liase with relevant departments to edit new devices or plans, user journey, design revision for all digital platform in a timely manner.
    • To work on weekly and monthly report to verify and ensure numbers are tracked periodically and highlight if there is any missing data.
    • study of competitors digital channel to provide samples/recommendation on enhancement required.
  • Handling of E-commerce Operations
    • Generate sales reports daily for order processing.
    • Ensure the fulfilment of customer's order with delivery partner.
    • Analyse sales report to identify potential fraudulent orders daily.
    • Assist Customer Service to troubleshoot e-commerce orders on a regular basis.
    • Monitor stock inventory and responsible to request stock-in when required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, major in Marketing, Computer Science, Computing or Web management would have an advantage
  • Ability to multi-task, meticulous and have good interpersonal skill.
  • Good at handling time-sensitive projects independently and working within tight timeline given.
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin.
  • Always curious - ask questions as and when is required.
  • This person will need to assist pre and post migration activities (i.e UAT, SIT, events/report check and post deployment fixes) and daily web/app operation troubleshooting scopes (i.e: content verification, edits, reporting .etc
