Job Summary:

  • Act as key business partner and advisor for Marketing Division to ensure data driven based and timely decision making.
  • To closely monitor business performance, identifying and analyzing gaps in the business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to perform performance analysis, prepare reports and evaluate current performance trends
  • Deep diving into findings in order to have a better view of the performance reported
  • Perform high level monitoring on the business health - To trigger CMO/product owners/ISD on anomalies - Conduct investigation/ analysis on anomalies
  • Responsible to advise the management team on potential performance risks and strategic decisions in alignment with business objectives
  • Track forecast against Monthly AOP & Monthly Finance Revenue Reports
  • To propose ideas in closing the gaps
  • Track marketing campaign performance against initial target
  • Monitor profitability of postpaid products
  • Support business planning functions for new and existing company strategic

Job Requirements:

  • Professional degree in finance / business / statistic/ marketing related.
  • Able to work independently and perform under pressure
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of SAS, Tableau, BI principles, Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, Data Modelling and Front-End reporting tools will be added advantage
