To closely monitor business performance, identifying and analyzing gaps in the business.
This role will be responsible for developing a strong understanding of U Mobile’s Postpaid business performance across all the products and services.
- To lead a team of analysts to develop and implement a process for monitoring and reporting it. It requires working across teams and leading a team, getting to know all that is going on in Postpaid and Broadband business and challenging the team on how they assess and improve their performance.
- This role is also instrumental in developing forecasts for Postpaid business, using statistical and analytical techniques to understand the key drivers towards Postpaid annual target.
- This role also required to act as key data support and business partner for marketing division to ensure timely decision.
- The role’s challenge lies primarily in the breadth of its accountabilities, requiring significant commercial agility, a nose for inconsistencies, the ability to go beyond the analysis of data to arrive at true business insight, and the presence to support senior manager in robust commercial decision-making.
