Job Summary:
Manage the development and execution of Prepaid product strategy, plan, and campaigns to drive revenue and subscriber growth. The candidate will have accountability on Prepaid business KPIs – revenue, subscriber growth, data package growth, ARPU growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead cross functional teams in the development and execution of new products, promotions or marketing campaign to ensure successful launch and achievement of product KPIs.
  • Lead and develop marketing programs/ campaigns to drive revenue and subscriber growth in the Prepaid segment.
  • Manage end-to-end product rollout from ideation to concept approvals to launch and post-launch management.
  • Develop and manage products/ promotions to drive subscriber ARPU, in order to improve Prepaid product P&L.
  • Analyze and develop deep understanding of consumer insights & behavior to input into development of new products and services.

Job Requirements:

  1. 8-10 years experience in product/ marketing from Telco/ Membership/ Subscriber based background.
  2. Direct experience in prepaid marketing, product marketing and lifecycle management preferred.
  3. Ability to manage and lead cross functional teams.
  4. Business or related degree.
  5. Analytical mindset with strong business acumen.
  6. Grit and determination to succeed.
  7. Creative with ability to think outside the box.
