The Day-To-Day Activities

Non-Technical Executive

• Process credit applications and ensure fraud prevention.
• Manage corporate credit, device activations, and reports.
• Approve CI/CC applications within 4 hours.
• Handle partner activation emails and MNP Port-In reports.
• Troubleshoot system issues and raise waivers.
• Coordinate with account managers, EAT, and manage VIP lines.
• Submit monthly rebate reports and monitor aging accounts.

About You

• Diploma/Degree in any field.
• Strong attention to detail & fast typing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity.
• Meet KPIs and deliver timely, accurate results.
• Strong communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia).
• Independent and team player
