The Day-To-Day Activities
- Accountable for executing and driving the organization's compensation and benefits programs, collaborating with the HR team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures and comprehensive benefits packages for employees.
- Keep abreast of local C&B best practices and legislative changes to ensure compliance
- Assist in managing overall C&B projects from end-to-end, including conceptualisation, simulations, implementation strategies, communications and change management
- Participate and supporting C&B strategies and initiatives
- Ensure precise and timely disbursement of annual bonuses to staff.
- Conducting benchmarking and market research/survey to ensure competitive salary and bonus structures.
- Conduct comprehensive job evaluations to assess roles within the organization to determine their relative value and compensation levels.
- Ensure rewards practices align with legislations and internal company policies.
- Participate in Human Resource-related projects as and when required
- Reviewing of HR policies and HR information systems to ensure alignment with changes to C&B programmes
- Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure equity plans are designed, communicated, and administered effectively to align with the company's growth trajectory post-IPO.
- Manage and administer equity compensation plans, including stock options, RSUs, and other equity incentives.
- Support HRIS-related matters by maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing HRIS systems to enhance organizational efficiency and data integrity
- Perform any additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by your manager
