To manage a team of testers and conduct
end-to-end testing on new projects or systems roll-out.
Job Descriptions
1. Testing Planning
- Review, analyze and assess the business
requirements and functional / design requirements of the projects/releases.
- Understand requirements and ensure the documents
have sufficient information to create test scenarios, test conditions, and
expected results
- Able to manage a group of test resources for UAT
test cases creation and perform complete end-to-end testing.
- Review unit test results from developers/vendors
- Plan and manage testing schedule and resources
- Prepare Test Plans and Test Cases
- Prepare test data for testing
2. Testing, Support
and Manage UAT
- Walkthrough with business users on the Test cases
- Perform Complete Testing to ensure the product
delivered is fit for User Acceptance Test (UAT) and compliant with user
requirements.
- Support UAT and ensure user acceptance of the customer
deliveries and dealing with all test issues. Appropriate escalation when deemed
necessary
- Prepare Test Summary Report and obtained sign-off
from stakeholders
- Support for Deployment
- Prepare deployment sanity test cases
- Prepare test data
- Perform and coordinate deployment sanity testing
- Support for Regression testing Automation after
deployment to production.
