Job Summary:
To support overall rewards engagement strategy of building & sustaining Telco customer engagement.
The position will requires to develop & implement engagement marketing campaigns via digital communication, My U Mobile App & rewards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute loyalty program thru campaign management system.
- Increase engagement through different channels, customizing rewards & loyalty programmes.
- Ensure rewards campaigns deliver on time, within budget approved & key driver in influencing customer behavior in take ups.
- Identify gaps in rewards & retention. Develop engagement strategies, bridge gaps and improve engagement and revenue.
- Work with stakeholders to implement the design , production, and distribution of all rewards campaign collateral, advertising, point of sale and other supporting materials.
- Monitor and access campaign effectiveness and identify ways to improve activities.
- Conceptualise, create and execute engagement initiatives including transactional and personalized campaigns.
- Develop and deliver periodic management reporting materials, analysis and presentation.
