Duties & Responsibilities

• Provides support and troubleshoot any related issues in the current PS Core Network.
• To provide 2nd level support for Packet Core network.
• Handling fault related to Packet Core network escalated from 1st Level Support.
• Handling customer complaint that cannot be resolved by 1st Level support.
• Ensure the data service network are running in acceptable condition.
• Improve/maintain Packet Core network KPI and availability.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years experiences in Packet Core domain.
• Good understanding of telecommunication technologies and protocols with focus on IP and mobile data areas.
• Strong telecommunication technology knowledge in LTE ePC, GPRS, 5G, VoLTE/VoWiFi.
• Experience with ZTE products (uMAC, xGW, USPP, RCP).
• Good practical skills in troubleshooting and fault resolution on an end to end basis.
