Job Summary
- The Store Manager is responsible for the overall management and
performance of a designated U Mobile store. This role requires a dynamic and
results-oriented individual with strong leadership, communication, and
customer service skills. The Store Manager will be accountable for driving
store sales, managing staff, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
The Day-To-Day Activities
- Achieve and
exceed sales targets for Postpaid, Prepaid, Devices, and Broadband services.
- Analyse
sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve store
performance.
- Monitor key
performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed.
- Motivate and
coach the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Ensure
excellent customer service is provided to all customers.
- Resolve
customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Build and
maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage
customer feedback and implement improvements based on customer insights.
- Recruit,
hire, and train new sales staff.
- Conduct
performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Motivate and
inspire the team to achieve high performance.
- Manage staff
schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Address any
employee concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Store Operations:
- Ensure the
store is well-maintained, clean, and organized.
- Manage
inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Implement
visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure
compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Prepare
daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Manage store
expenses and budgets.
- Ensure
compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements.
