The Day-To-Day Activities
1. Support for Owned Digital Platforms (App)
• Assist in managing and maintaining the MyUMobile App as a super-user and channel support.
• Support the implementation of marketing strategies to enhance app features, updates, and digital customer journeys (UI/UX).
• Assist in deploying new technologies to attract new app users and improve customer engagement.
• Help analyze business objectives, gather technical requirements, and provide input on app functionality improvements.
• Participate in planning and monitoring project progress, tracking action items, and assisting in design and implementation reviews.
2. Project Support & Collaboration
• Assist in coordinating key projects, ensuring tasks are executed according to timelines.
• Support collaboration with various teams, including marketing, IT, product development, and external vendors, to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Provide support to project teams by maintaining clear communication and troubleshooting issues under supervision.
• Develop platform management skills by assisting with troubleshooting, setup, and deployment of app features.
