The Day-To-Day Activities
- Manage and support resellers by geographical area while handling corporate customer accounts, including Berjaya Group and VIPs.
- Drive corporate line registrations and revenue growth through direct enterprise engagement, networking, and tactical campaigns.
- Address and resolve billing issues, service interruptions, and customer concerns, ensuring timely response and resolution.
- Assist in tracking and managing outstanding payments for enterprise customers to maintain healthy account status.
- Handle customer communications regarding product launches, tactical programs, account matters, and special service requests while supporting sales administration tasks as needed.
