Role
To support sales & distribution on assigned with KPI on sales target.

The Day-To-Day Activities
-Execute and monitor effectiveness on sales strategy for assigned areas & territories. Execute sale promotion plans to support rapid growth and expansion of U Mobile product & services.
-Aggressively build and drive the growth of U Mobile dealers in respective areas / territories.
-To achieve prepaid & postpaid active dealers target. To proactively recruit potential dealers.
- Build good rapport and relationships with superior, stores and team
- Able to manage and coach team to deliver good POSM visibility, target setting, stock availability
-To achieve assigned pyramid level dealers target.
-To gather market/competitor intelligence.

About You
- Currently based in Taiping or Sitiawan, Teluk Intan, Perak or willing to relocate
- 2-3 years in telco related environment with minimum 2 years experience in chancel sales
- Min a Diploma/degree in any field
- Able to perform all admin work, perform store visitation regularly with planned route and other ad hoc tasks given
- Aggressively work with store, team to commit sales target given
- Able to handle sales pressure and to achieve target and objective
- Able to work independentlyoutstation and owned a car
