Job Summary

The Software & System Support will be responsible for managing the testing lifecycle of the new Campaign Management System (CMS), ensuring seamless system integration and comprehensive application testing. The primary objective is to plan, execute and report on test progress to support the successful deployment of the CMS with optimal quality and efficiency.
The Day-To-Day Activities
- Testing Planning & Preparation
- Develop and oversee the overall testing schedule, including resource allocation and timelines.
- Review, analyze and evaluate business requirements and functional/design specifications.
- Ensure sufficient information is available to design comprehensive test scenarios, test conditions and expected outcomes.
- Collaborate with ISD Quality Assurance (TQA) team to prepare test data.
- Lead and mentor a team of testers in creating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cases and performing end-to-end validation.
- Review unit test results and test logs provided by vendors.
- Conduct adhoc testing to validate end-to-end system functionality.
- Facilitate walkthrough sessions with business users on test cases.
- Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and UAT to validate product functionality against user requirements.
- Log, track and follow up on defects with vendors, ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist in UAT execution by identifying, categorizing, and resolving defects.
- Escalate critical issues to relevant stakeholders when necessary.
- Deployment Support
- Support deployment testing and production validation activities.
- Coordinate with ISD TQA team to ensure the availability of test data.
- Provide weekly updates on deployment progress.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users and vendors to address gaps and defects.
