Job Summary
- Responsible for positioning, messaging, and marketing strategy, ensuring the product is well-positioned in the market and aligned with customer needs. Lead campaign to drive market penetration both online and offline.
- Drive UM business brand awareness and trust in the target market segment.
The Day-To-Day Activities
- Design and implement go-to-market plans, including target audience identification, value proposition definition, and competitive differentiation.
- Align GTM strategy with product goals and broader company objectives.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the target market, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and coordination across all functions.
- Lead and manage product launch activities from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery of all launch assets and requirements.
- Work with the Customer Activation team to ensure smooth onboarding processes and customer support readiness.
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, assess customer feedback, and gather insights on competitor activity.
- Use data-driven analysis to refine messaging, pricing strategies, and feature prioritization based on customer feedback and market demand.
- Closely monitor the approved target for Enterprise Registration and ARPU is on track and to suggest improvement based on the feedback from the stakeholders.
- Create training materials, support documentation including user guides and train end users (Sales team, dealer and frontliners) on the newly developed product and services.
- Maintain a good working relationship with all the stakeholders to foster a proactive work environment that constantly strives to improve current processes and product and/or to spur the development of new and better products, service level and best practices.
