Job Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science / IT / Telecommunication or equivalent
• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant working experience in Telco area.
• Possesses experience in the following areas:
1. Customer & Billing Systems
• Strong understanding of CRM software, customer, billing account, and subscriber management.
• Hands-on experience with billing systems, financial software, charging, invoicing, journaling, and payment center operations.
2. Digital Commerce & Service Platforms
• Knowledge of eCommerce systems (B2B2C), App-In-App/Mini Program ecosystems, and third-party service gateways, and has experience in loyalty and campaign management solutions.
3. Programming & Software Development
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, VB.NET, Bash, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and enterprise-level software systems.
• Experience with mobile app development, including UI/UX design, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
4. Automation & AI
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate Cloud, PowerApps, Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, and JIRA Automation, with exposure to AI-driven automation and Microsoft CoPilot.
5. Data & Business Intelligence
• Proficiency in Power BI, data modeling, data transformation, and DAX formulas.
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance best practices.
6. Cloud & Infrastructure
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud computing concepts (virtualization, containerization, serverless computing).
• Experience in cloud-native development and enterprise network & infrastructure management.
7. Database & Enterprise Systems
• Strong experience in SQL, SharePoint, and SAP for database design and management.
8. Vendor & Project Management
• Experience in vendor management, including evaluation, coordination, and integration of third-party solutions.
• Provide coaching, solution guidance, and performance development while ensuring alignment with SA methodologies, tracking CR progress, and supporting leadership reporting.
