- Channel Growth & Optimization
- Own the strategy and expansion of modern prepaid channels (e.g. digital app, e-commerce platforms, convenient stores etc).
- Identify, develop, and scale new go-to-market channels with high growth potential.
- Collaborate with commercial and digital teams to optimize channel performance and cost efficiency.
- Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop end-to-end marketing campaigns tailored for modern channels, aligned with overall business goals.
- Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across touchpoints including digital ads, in-app promotions, retail media, and partner platforms.
- Launch channel-specific offers, bundles, and acquisition/retention tactics that deliver measurable results.
- Product Lifecycle & Subscriber Journey
- Manage prepaid product portfolio lifecycle – from ideation to launch to retirement.
- Continuously improve subscriber journey from activation to recharge, usage, and loyalty stages.
- Identify friction points in the process and work cross-functionally to simplify and optimize.
- Performance Management & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs such as active subscribers, ARPU, channel performance, and conversion rates.
- Provide insights-driven recommendations to improve campaign efficiency, product positioning, and channel strategy.
- Build dashboards and reports to communicate trends, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
- Process Innovation & Automation
- Review, document, and optimize existing workflows to reduce time-to-market and manual processes.
- Champion automation and digitalization initiatives to streamline product and campaign rollouts.
- Work closely with IT and operations to ensure system readiness and scalability.
