Role


The Day-To-Day Activities

Solution Conceptualization & Definition:
• Lead strategic collaboration with Tech Partners and the EIP core team to understand innovation priorities and identify promising concepts and technologies.
• Translate high-level ideas and emerging tech from Tech Partners into well-defined solution proposals with clear objectives, scope, and potential value.
• Define key success metrics for solution and when it is ready for commercialization.
• Drive solution innovation and commercial readiness, overseeing the entire lifecycle from ideation to market introduction, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and customer needs.

Solution Development Management:
• Lead strategic collaboration with Testbed & Infra Lead and Tech Partners to identify and integrate the necessary technologies and infrastructure components required for the solution.
• Drive the development of high-level solution architecture ensuring alignment with business goals, scalability, and long-term strategic objectives.
• Oversee the development of prototypes, PoCs and MVPs to test and validate solution concepts with users and stakeholders.
• Gather feedback from testing and iterate on the solution design based on user insights.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
• Ensure proper documentation of solution designs, technical specifications, and development processes.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across the innovation unit and relevant internal teams.

Leadership & Team Management:
• Establish, lead, and manage a high-performing team to support end-to-end solution development, ensuring effective collaboration across technical, business, and partner functions.
• Define team structure, roles, and responsibilities to ensure effective execution across all Solution functions.
• Oversee cross-functional coordination between internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless seamless integration of technologies, infrastructure, and strategic objectives across Solution initiatives

About You

• More than 15 years’ related experience.
• Strong background in leading and guiding teams across multiple functions.
• Experience in solution development, product management, technical project management.
• Proven experience in taking ideas from concept to implementation of PoC / prototype.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Understanding of various tech domains and topics relevant to telcos (e.g. networking technologies, cloud, software development, digital platforms, AI, Cybersecurity).
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues during the solution development process.
• Understanding of user-centric design thinking principles and experience in prototyping and MVP
