Role


The Day-To-Day Activities
• Managing timely response and resolution to MSQoS to avoid potential compound.
• Attending regular MCMC Regional Meeting and provides updates and resolution for action items related to U Mobile.
• End-to-end Technical Lead for DNB Traffic Migration.
• Assess Seeker Support including responsible for regular RAN Sub Workgroup Meeting.
• Assisting Team Lead in daily RPO activities.

About You

• Possess a degree in Telecommunications or Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Minimum 15 years’ working experience in RF Planning and Optimization.
• Able to drive vendors in achieving seamless 5G traffic migration from DNB network.
•Strong expertise in resolving network quality issues, with hands-on experience in network optimization and troubleshooting.
•Well-versed in 4G and 5G RAN architecture and solutions.
•Skilled in configuring and analyzing radio network parameters for pre- and post-optimization of 4G and 5G networks.
•Proficient in troubleshooting radio network issues and identifying root causes effectively.
•Experienced in coordinating with vendors for issue escalation and resolution.
•Collaborative team player with proven ability to work across departments to address and resolve RAN-related issues.
• Capability to develop new strategies and processes that enhance efficiency.
