Role

The Day-To-Day Activities
This role will require to manage the Site Database, prepare the Network Coverage Plot. It will also need to support the Proof of Concept for any new technologies, product and features.

Key Accountabilities
• Mobile Network Coverage Plot Generation: Generate Mobile Network Coverage Plot.
• Database Management: Manage and maintain site databases to ensure data integrity and availability.
• New Technology/Solution: Identify new RAN technologies and solutions, and to conduct proof of concept (POC) for the new technologies, products or features.
• Equipment and Software Lifecycle Management: Keep track of the entire lifecycle of equipment and software, from acquisition to disposal.
• IP Address Design: Design and manage IP address of RAN Equipment.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Telco field.
• Basic understanding of RF principles and 4G/5G network architecture.
• Know how to use RF design and planning tool like Asset/Atoll, Mapinfo, etc.
• Basic understanding of IP address design and Telco network architecture.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macro development. Knowledge of creating automation tools like using Power Automate and Python is an advantage.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as the job requires to coordinate and communicate with other teams.
