Role

The Day-To-Day Activities
Technical Senior Executive. Summary : Manage MCMC MSQoS new enforcement and MCMC Regional Meetings.

Key accountabilities:
• Managing timely response and resolution to MSQoS to avoid potential compound.
• Attending regular MCMC Regional Meeting and provides updates and resolution for action items related to U Mobile.
• 4G + 5G post optimization.
• VIP and customer complain resolution.

About You

• Possess a degree in Telecommunications or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years’ working experience in RF Planning and Optimization.
•Strong ability to resolve network quality issues, supported by hands-on experience in network optimization and troubleshooting.
•In-depth knowledge of 4G and 5G RAN architecture and solutions.
•Proficient in configuring and analyzing radio network parameters for 4G and 5G during both pre- and post-optimization stages.
•Skilled in radio network troubleshooting and effective problem identification.
•Experienced in vendor engagement and issue escalation, ensuring timely resolution.
•Collaborative in cross-department teamwork, especially in managing and resolving RAN-related issues.
•Proven capability to develop and implement strategies and processes that drive operational efficiency and performance improvements.
