Job Summary

The HR Systems Manager is responsible for the administration, governance, and continuous enhancement of the organization’s SaaS-based HR system, which supports the full spectrum of HR processes across the employee lifecycle. This role ensures system reliability, data integrity, and security, and leads the implementation of system changes and improvements in alignment with business needs. The manager is also accountable for supporting ISMS audits by ensuring compliance with information security controls and documentation requirements. In addition, the role oversees any downstream HR applications or integrations linked to the core HR system, ensuring they operate smoothly and remain aligned with overall HR technology architecture.

The Day-To-Day Activities

HR System Management & Governance

a. Serve as thesuperuser and subject matter expert (SME)for the SaaS HR system, ensuring optimal functionality across all HR processes (e.g., payroll, talent management, compensation, compliance).

b. Leadsystem upgrades, patches, and enhancementsin collaboration with IT and vendors.

c. Develop and enforcedata governance policiesto ensure accuracy, security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, local labor laws).


2. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

a. Act as the primaryHR Systems liaisonbetween HR, Finance, IT, and third-party vendors.

b. Manageservice requests, SLAs, and vendor performanceto ensure timely resolution of issues.

c. Conducttraining sessionsfor HR and end-users to maximize system adoption.


3. Reporting & Analytics

a. Design and maintaindashboards, KPIs, and automated reportsfor HR and leadership.

b. Supportdata-driven decision-makingthrough workforce analytics (e.g., turnover, headcount, diversity metrics).


4. Security & Compliance

a. Implement and monitorrole-based access controls (RBAC)to protect sensitive HR data.

b. Conductregular auditsto ensure system security and compliance with internal/external policies.

c. Mitigate risks by addressingvulnerabilities and data breachesproactively.


5. Process Improvement & Change Management

a. Identify and leadsystem automation opportunitiesto streamline HR workflows.

b. Managechange requests (CRs), including testing, documentation, and user communications.

c. Troubleshoot and resolvesystem issues, escalating to vendors when needed.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field with7years in HRIS/HR systems management, preferably with SaaS platforms
  • Proven track record in data governance, reporting, and system security.
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS configuration, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes (payroll, benefits, talent management).
  • Experience with system integrations (APIs, middleware) and UAT testing.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolves complex system issues with minimal disruption.
  • Stakeholder Management: Balances HR, IT, and vendor priorities effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures 100% data accuracy and compliance.
  • Project Management: Leads system implementations/upgrades on time and budget.
