requests, SLAs, and vendor performanceto ensure timely resolution of

Conducttraining
sessionsfor HR and end-users to maximize system adoption.

Design and
maintaindashboards, KPIs, and automated reportsfor HR and

Supportdata-driven
decision-makingthrough workforce analytics (e.g., turnover, headcount,
diversity metrics).

Security & Compliance

Implement and
monitorrole-based access controls (RBAC)to protect sensitive HR
data.

Conductregular
auditsto ensure system security and compliance with internal/external

Mitigate risks
by addressingvulnerabilities and data breachesproactively.

Process Improvement & Change Management

Identify and
