Job Summary
The Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s reward strategies to attract, retain, and motivate talent. This role ensures competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs while maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

The Day-To-Day Activities
1. Compensation Management
a. Develop and maintain salary structures, incentive plans, and bonus programs aligned with market benchmarks.
b. Lead the annual salary review process, including budgeting, analytics, and approvals.
c. Conduct job evaluations and ensure alignment with the WTW GG grading framework.

2. Benefits Administration
a. Oversee employee benefits programs (healthcare, retirement, wellness, etc.), ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance.
b. Analyze benefits utilization and recommend enhancements based on employee feedback and trends.
c. Manage relationships with benefits vendors and insurers.

3. Data & Reporting
a. Prepare compensation dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
b. Conduct pay equity audits and address discrepancies.
c. Support HRBPs with data-driven insights on rewards trends.

4. Compliance & Governance
a. Ensure adherence to local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
b. Manage compensation-related audits and implement corrective actions.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration
a. Partner with Finance on budgeting and cost analysis for rewards programs.
b. Advise HR and leadership on compensation best practices and risks.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field
  • 7 years in C&B, with expertise in job architecture, benchmarking, and benefits design
  • Experience with HRIS and compensation tool
  • Advanced Excel (modeling, pivot tables) and HR analytics.
  • Knowledge of salary surveys (WTW, Mercer or Korn Ferry).
  • Understanding of labor laws and tax implications for rewards.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and data visualization tools for executive reporting
  • Analytical Thinking : Interprets complex data to drive decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Builds trust with HR, Finance, and leadership.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in compensation calculations and audits.
  • Communication & Presentation: Ability to simplify complex data into compelling presentations for leadership & experience facilitating training sessions on compensation programs
  • Influence & Collaboration: Gains buy-in for reward strategies through data-driven storytelling.
