Role
The account management role is responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with enterprise customers, across various sectors. This role will drive key business development activities, penetration into new accounts/ end customers, drive sales and manage existing relationships with key customers.
The Day-To-Day Activities
Sales
1. Collaborate with the internal teams to develop and implement effective strategies for acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding market share.
2. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads, industries, and trends, leveraging this information to customize sales pitches and proposals.
3. Support negotiations, contract discussions, and closing activities to secure new business partnerships and meet sales targets.
Account Management
1. Develop new and maintain strong relationships with existing enterprise clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
2. Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and recommendations, translating into sales for U Mobile Digital Enterprise.
3. Regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
Customer Advocacy and Support
1. Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, advocating on their behalf within the organization and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
2. Collaborate with internal teams, including customer support, product development, and marketing, to address client feedback, enhance service offerings, and drive overall customer satisfaction.
