Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support the documentation of HR processes. The intern will attend discussions with process owners, capture key information, and assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that reflect current operational practices. This internship provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions such as employee requests, payroll, compensation & benefits, and industrial relations.

The Day-To-Day Activities
• Attend HR process discussions (e.g., payroll, employee claims, C&B processes).
• Take clear and concise notes during meetings.
• Draft SOP documents based on inputs gathered from stakeholders.
• Ensure SOPs follow the standardized structure and formatting guidelines.
• Coordinate with process owners to review and validate drafted SOPs.
• Maintain version control and organize documents in the shared repository -Teams
• Assist in proofreading and formatting final SOPs for release and storage.
• Follow up with stakeholders to close any gaps or verify unclear steps.
• Assist in designing the process audit participant survey and compiling the findings.

About You

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.2
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills, able to structure information clearly and systematically in SOP formats.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic knowledge of document management tools.
• Ability to attend, observe, and summarize process meetings independently, ensuring accurate and complete SOP documentation.
• Interest in learning how HR functions within a corporate setting.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality when handling internal processes and company information.
• Ability to manage and meet tight deadlines.
