Job Summary
The Section Head of Learning and Development leads the design and execution of strategic learning initiatives that directly support U Mobile's goals for performance excellence and a thriving workplace culture. This role oversees the entire Learning & Development portfolio, ensuring innovative and impactful learning solutions aligned with U Mobile's strategic vision. The Head of Learning and Development will provide guidance and ensure alignment with organizational objectives, while also collaborating with various teams to drive culture and change management initiatives. This role is pivotal in elevating our talent management, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.
The Day-To-Day Activities
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive learning and development strategy in order to align with U Mobile's overall business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of innovative learning programs and solutions in order to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance across the organization.
- Manage the Learning & Development team, including the Learning & Development Manager and Assistant Manager, in order to foster a high-performance culture and ensure effective execution of learning initiatives.
- Develop and implement a robust leadership development program in order to build a pipeline of future leaders and strengthen leadership capabilities at all levels.
- Drive the implementation of performance management processes and tools in order to improve employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and support career development.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization in order to identify learning needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment of learning initiatives with business requirements.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and development in order to promote employee engagement, enhance organizational agility, and support U Mobile's growth and success.
