Job Summary
- We are looking for a results-driven Process Analyst to evaluate and enhance business processes across departments for Digital Transformation. The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics, process mapping, and stakeholder collaboration to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and help implement automation or system enhancements.
The Day-To-Day Activities
- Analyse and document existing business processes across finance, operations, and procurement functions.
- Analyze end-to-end business processes using data analytics, process mining, and stakeholder feedback to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Use data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, SQL) to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and define performance metrics (KPIs).
- Create detailed process maps (e.g., using Visio) and identify pain points or redundancies.
- Recommend and implement process improvements based on best practices and data-driven insights.
- Support the design and deployment of digital transformation initiatives, including RPA and ERP enhancements.
- Assist in the development and rollout of change management initiatives to support transformation adoption across departments.
- Monitor post-implementation performance to ensure expected outcomes are achieved.
- Prepare and present analytical findings and process improvement plans to stakeholders and leadership.
- Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations for management and executive teams.
