Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to take on the role of App
Manager, with full ownership and accountability for the direction of U Mobile’s apps. This
includes supporting the business to drive growth in key market numbers through
innovative, customer-centric digital experiences that enhance engagement, retention, and
revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital product
management, customer experience, and digital marketing, with a proven track record of
leading cross-functional teams.
The Day-To-Day Activities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the app
channel, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Identify, prioritize, and implement app enhancements,
features, and projects that improve user experience and drive business growth.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor offerings,
and customer feedback to ensure the app remains competitive and innovative.
- App Management and Innovation
- Lead end-to-end app management, including ideation, design,
development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Prioritize user experience and design intuitive (UI/UX),
user-friendly, intuitive and visually appealing & engaging app interfaces.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and
competitor apps to ensure the app remains innovative and competitive.
- Customer-Centric Experience
- Leverage customer insights and analytics to understand user
behavior, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement personalization strategies to enhance user
engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure the app delivers a seamless omni-channel
experience, integrating with other digital platforms.
