Job Summary:
Plan, Operationalize and Lead device business through securing strategic partners, implementing effective channels and improving device warehousing and distribution to enhance customer experience, achieve revenue targets and increase market share.

Job Responsibilities:

· Adopt and execute a flexible forecasting & purchase method to ensure sufficient and continuous supply of devices and accessories to all channels to meet the sales demand.

· Process all device purchase and service-related payments within SLA’s set (invoice/credit note/marketing fund/ etc.).

· Consult & design the warehousing to distribution processes for new device and accessory related businesses within U Mobile.

· Build, maintain and continuously enhance relationship with the 3rd party warehouse or any other necessary device warehouse (when needed).

· Manage device blocking/unblocking for errant device contract customers via U Mobile system in a timely manner.

· Manage device / accessories warehousing partner and ensure devices / accessories are distributed to respective channels within improved SLA. Work towards digitizing various device distribution processes (e.g., device delivery status info) and improve the distribution SLA from time to time

· Lead and execute quarterly device stock take and ensure minimal discrepancies between physical stocks versus inventory in the systems. Ensure respective plant owners resolve all discrepancies in a timely manner.

· Loan and demo device storing and supply management for entire U Mobile.

· To assist the management on ad-hoc assignment or as and when required.

Job Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in Demand Planning, Logistics/Supply Chain Management.

· Strong Business Analytic skills and sound experience in preparing information and business reporting.

· Experience in FMCG products/3PL environment will be an advantage.

· Device Management (multiple devices) and operations skills.

· Savvy in IT and Information systems.
