Role

The Day-To-Day Activities
To support the Wholesale Business Unit by bridging the gap between commercial requirements and technical implementation. This role is responsible for preparing and managing business documentation, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the effective delivery of wholesale products and partner solutions. The position plays a key role in supporting MVNOs, access seekers, and internal stakeholders in the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of wholesale services

1. Business Documentation and Requirements Management

  • Develop and maintain Business Requisition Forms (BRF) detailing product or partner requirements.
  • Document wholesale product specifications, service descriptions, user journeys, and operational flows.
  • Translate the requirements and customer journey into clear, structured inputs for ISD/Billing and Network teams.

2. Cross-functional Coordination
  • Act as liaison between Wholesale, ISD/Billing, Network, Finance and other relevant teams to facilitate timely delivery of solutions.
  • Drive alignment between business needs and technical implementation plans.
  • Track and manage end-to-end delivery milestones for new products or services, enhancements, or partner onboarding.

3. Partner Support
  • Serve as operational point of contact for MVNOs and wholesale partners.
  • Assist with onboarding, facilitate service configuration, documentation, and resolution of issues raised by partners.
  • Monitor change requests and enhancement requirements from partners and ensure internal follow-up.

4. Process Review and Improvement
  • Review and recommend improvements to business processes across Wholesale, ISD/Billing and Network functions.
  • Identify inefficiencies or gaps in current processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

• Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business Administration/Management.
  • Certifications in product/project management, telecom technologies are a plus.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in any of the following field:
  • Telecommunications (wholesale, Enterprise, MVNO segment)
  • IT/System delivery or project coordination
  • Business analyst/Operations support
• Preferred experience includes:
  • Involvement in Wholesale/MVNO onboarding
  • Exposure to OSS/BSS systems/platforms
  • Experience in handling cross-functional stakeholder coordination

• Skills
  • o Strong analytical and business documentation skills.
  • o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – able to interface with technical and commercial teams.
  • o Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • o Process-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
  • o Familiar with project management principles (Agile/Scrum is an advantage).
