The Day-To-Day Activities

  • Plan, develop, and execute go-to-market strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition through targeted marketing campaigns across all touchpoints.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and implement channel marketing bundles, promotions, and marcom materials that support business growth and maximize marketing ROI.
  • Oversee the marketing calendar, project timelines, and promotional schedules to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with external partners and agencies to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns using paid, owned, and earned media, ensuring campaigns align with business goals.
  • End-to-end responsibility for campaign ideation and timely delivery of all projects, such as brief templates, approvals, productions, sponsorships/partnerships, event management, reports, and so forth.
  • Stay informed on competitor activities, market trends, and consumer/ business behaviour to develop data-driven marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Business, Marketing, or Advertising, with prior experience in the telco industry being a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing brand and marketing strategies, communication plans, and innovative campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, consumer insights, and behaviour.
  • Passion for organizing branded events, with excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), discipline with attention to detail and teamwork mentality.
  • Independent, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
