- Developing and implementing comprehensive merchandising strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and brand image across all retail stores.

Product Assortment Planning (in collaboration with other departments):
- While not directly responsible for buying, they would likely collaborate with procurement/buying teams to ensure the right products are available to support merchandising initiatives.
- Inventory & Stock Management Oversight (in collaboration with Warehouse & Logistic Manager): Ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained for visual merchandising purposes and sales, working closely with the Warehouse & Logistic Manager to facilitate product flow.
- Sales Performance Analysis:

Analysing sales data and trends to identify merchandising opportunities and make data-driven decisions to improve product performance.
- Team Leadership & Management:

Leading and managing the Planogram & Visual Merchandiser team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Managing the budget allocated for merchandising activities, including fixtures, displays, and visual merchandising materials.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

Staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform merchandising strategies.
