The Day-To-Day Activities

Sales & Performance Support:
• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and achieving sales targets.
• Handle cash management and daily sales reconciliation.
• Drive individual and team sales performance to meet and exceed targets.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide feedback to the team to ensure targets are met.

Team Supervision & Development:
• Supervise and train Sales Associates/Agents, ensuring adherence to sales processes and customer service standards.
• Lead the team effectively during assigned shifts.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members to improve their performance and skill sets.
• Assist in the onboarding of new sales associates.

Customer Service & Operations:
• Manage inventory, product displays, and store cleanliness.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure excellent customer service is consistently provided to all customers.
• Oversee visual merchandising standards to ensure an appealing store environment.
• Implement company policies and procedures during shifts.

Administrative & Reporting:
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.
• Ensure accurate data entry for all sales and customer transactions

About You

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent experience in retail or customer service.
• At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience in a retail sales or customer service role, with some supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven ability to assist in achieving sales targets.
• Strong customer service skills with an ability to resolve customer inquiries effectively.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sales systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
