About You
Retail Performance & Data Analysis::
• Manage and planning to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for retail sales of products & devices.
• Regularly report and analyse on market trends, competitors, customer feedback, and sales performance.
• Use data insights to refine GTM strategies, improve promotional tactics, and optimize stock levels in retail locations work closely with the inventory management team.
• Conduct competitive analysis to ensure our brand products stay ahead of market trends and competitor offerings
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams::
• Work closely with product & device teams to ensure that all products and devices launches meet customer needs and expectations.
• Align and support Retail Events activation instore our new location; engage with key stakeholders for content/agenda development and drive partner participation such as key flagships events
• Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to manage new launch readiness and demo display availability
• Recommend, plan and develop launching comms/initiatives to support end-to-end partner engagement journey
• Manage & develop or bring store incentive programs and implement guide region to execute marketing programs to grow business through UM Retail and partners SIS.
• Work on the strategy on every store sell out and gather insight from the field team (Area Manager and Store Manage) on the performance in all retail stores.
• Partner with the Marketing and digital marketing teams to amplify brand awareness and online visibility
• When product launch work with mystery shopper team to ensure relevant product will be conduct mystery shopper analysis
In Store Marketing & Promotions Strategy:
• Manage the strategic planning, timeline and keep track on the region’s execution of retail programs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Work with marketing teams to execute retail-focused campaigns, including in-store displays, influencer partnerships, digital campaigns, and events.
• Design the in store display guideline in order to provide to best experience to end users and best shopping journey.
• Manage product launches and special promotions POSM design, to maximize sales and visibility for all products and device
• Planning on Road Shows for new product launch and manage the planning strategy with vendor to improve productivity
• Work with external to explore prominent in Mall branding for product and brand exposure
Budget & Cost Management:
• Manage the launch budget and operational costs for in store activation planning
• Roadshow campaign cost and planning the execution with project team.
• Aligned the customer campaign cost expenditure and planning for yearly AOP
• Work closely with the insourcing budget for staff cost for roadshow
• Product launch sales incentive negotiating with vendor and partner
Personal Attributes/ Who people Are:
• Methodically with sense of urgency and able to work independently.
• Basic understanding of telecom technologies (e.g., mobile, IT, networks, broadband) to better assist customers with technical inquiries or issues.
