The Day-To-Day Activities
Job Responsibility.
To assist alternate channel teams on daily operation for stock replacement ordering process & perform stock tagging. All starter simpack required to pack to each individual outlet according to sales allocation & arrange to deliver by courier service
Key Accountabilities:-
• Review SRR (Sales requisition) eForm request submitted by sales team for alternate channel.
• Create order in system for stock replenishment follow as per SRR order request.
• Collect stock from logistics once it's ready & follow up with logistic for any pending stock.
• Segregate stock accordingly to distributor’s purchase order or provided store list from sales team. Check provided store list & if there is any missing required information.
• Follow up with courier company to ensure we received packing kit (consignment note & flyer) on time & monitor and keep counts stock for consignment note inventory
• Perform goods receiving & SOO for each outlet/stock & printing document.
• Packing stock for delivery for each outlet/store for alternate channel’s (7-eleven, Giant, Lotus, Cold Storage, 99 speed mart, Econsave, TF Value, All Happy Mart, KK Supermarket, Mynews, Shell and Segi Cash & carry)
• Download POD from courier company portal and GRN from 7e & compile it in one file for tracking purpose & submit for invoicing to 7-eleven.
• Download Zsmart SDO daily report & update SDO checklist/insurance declaration
• Perform stock retagging send in request via email by sales team
• Performs general clerical duties but not limited to photocopying, filling
• Responsible to complete the task assigned by the supervisor
• Backup roles when staff on leave or support ad-hoc/ mini project request by sales
