Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager, Mid-Market (Central) to spearhead one of our Mid- Market Sales Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has deep industry knowledge, and can lead a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.

The Day-To-Day Activities
• Lead and manage a team of Account Managers to achieve monthly and quarterly Booking and Revenue goals.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the team’s vertical (e.g., Logistic, Manufacturing, Hospitality, etc).
• Identify new business opportunities and key market segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners.
• Monitor KPIs, pipeline health, and conversion metrics, report performance to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns with customer needs.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and professional growth.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.

About You
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in telecom sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing large accounts.
• Strong understanding of telecom technologies and services (e.g., mobile, VoIP, fibre).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools is an advantage
• Empathy: Understands individual team members’ motivations and challenges.
• Drive & Motivation: Possesses an internal fire to succeed—and passes that energy on to the team.
• Adaptability: Navigates changing markets and customer needs without losing momentum.
