Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead a team of RF Planning and optimization (RPO) to deliver required network capacity and quality with the right technology solution that in line with the company business strategy for the assigned areas.
• Ensure the delivery of RAN capacity and solution design to support company business growth and product rollout.
• Responsible for regional radio coverage planning and optimization strategy, methodology and execution to support coverage rollout and quality improvement.
• Vendor management – Project delivery, solution, technical issue.
• Investigate regional’s customer complaints on RAN network.
• Improve region’s resources productivity and efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Degree in telecommunication engineering or related field.
• Experience with Huawei, ZTE 3G UTRAN and LTE equipment preferable.
• 8 years relevant experience in 3G/LTE radio network planning and optimization.
• Strong knowledge in Radio optimization task, familiar with RAN traffic algorithm, link budget, radio planning and capacity planning.
