Job Summary
- The Base Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing and optimising customer lifecycle strategies that drive revenue growth, customer engagement and retention. The role requires expertise in campaign management, personalisation and data-driven marketing to deliver measurable business outcomes. The Specialist will leverage the CVM platform to design, test and execute campaigns, provide actionable insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and monetization.
The Day-To-Day Activities
- Develop and implement lifecycle strategies to improve retention, upsell and win-back.
- Plan and execute monetisation and engagement campaigns to drive incremental ARPU.
- Design personalised campaigns using segmentation and behavioural triggers.
- Build, configure, test and launch campaigns via the CVM platform.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimise offers, messaging and channels.
- Generate campaign reports and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless campaign execution.
- Analyse results, track performance and share learnings to enhance future campaigns.
