Job Summary
- The role supports the Prepaid Team by preparing accurate reports, dashboards, and analyses to track business performance and campaign results. This includes extracting and validating data, delivering recurring and ad-hoc reports, and providing actionable insights to address performance issues and optimize processes. The role also contributes to process improvements and collaborates with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and business needs.
The Day-To-Day Activities
- Data Preparation & Reporting
- Support the Prepaid Team by extracting and preparing data using SQL to produce reports and outputs tailored to business needs.
- Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly recurring reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Verify report figures and promptly alert stakeholders when discrepancies or unusual trends are detected.
- Build, update and maintain Power BI dashboards to track prepaid performance, especially for campaign launches or new product rollouts.
- Analyze prepaid business data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues, providing actionable insights to the team.
- Support decision-making by exploring challenges such as performance drops, campaign results or product uptake.
- Conduct basic comparable analyses to validate findings and provide recommendations.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and management teams to solve operational challenges and optimize processes.
- Process Improvement & Ad-Hoc Support
- Support the Prepaid Team to enhance reporting processes, ensuring outputs are efficient and aligned with business needs.
- Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis for urgent requests or special projects.
- Support other projects and assignments as required by management.
