Role
The Section Head, Fixed Connectivity is responsible for the complete product lifecycle and go-to-market success of our comprehensive enterprise connectivity portfolio. The role oversees a diverse range of enterprise connectivity solutions including Fixed Broadband, 5G/4G Wireless, Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), Fiber-to-the-Office (FTTO), SD-WAN, and hybrid networking solutions, designed to meet complex enterprise requirements across different industry verticals. This role combines product strategy, development, and marketing leadership to drive market adoption, revenue growth, and brand leadership in the B2B connectivity space.

The Day-To-Day Activities
• Define and execute the integrated product and marketing strategy for enterprise connectivity solutions
• Drive revenue growth, market share, and own the P&L responsibility for the enterprise connectivity portfolio
• Drive innovation in enterprise connectivity solutions, spanning different technologies of fixed and wireless - DIA, FTTO, SDWAN, etc.
• Own the product positioning and value proposition development
• Develop business cases and secure investment for new product initiatives
• Lead the development and launch of new connectivity products and features, including pricing strategies and models to maximize revenue and market share

About You
• 10+ years of experience in product development and management for B2B market, preferably in mobile, technology, ICT industry.
• At least 5+ years leading enterprise connectivity products with proven experience in developing and executing product strategy and roadmap.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) in business, technology or related field.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and revenue growth in the B2B enterprise technology sector.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking technologies, including mobile technologies.
• Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management and strategic planning.
• Ability to engage effectively with C-level executives, with partners and customers, coupled with exceptional interpersonal, social and communication skills to foster productive relationships and drive business outcomes
• Fundamental understanding of business finance principles, include CAPEX, OPEX, budgeting, and forecasting, integral to developing new products and services
• Proven success in leading customer-centric and performance-driven teams within the telecom industry, driving innovation across Enterprise suite of products and achieving business objectives
• Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
