About You
Retail Management:
• Analysis & Strategy: Conduct retail analysis, monitor device ranging and inventory levels, and contribute to assortment strategies for new and existing stores.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and operational efficiency of individual stores.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives on management direction.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse results and feedback, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with device, retail, product, supply chain, and international roaming teams.
• Conduct regular meeting and analysis to review performance, identify actions needs, and ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Address escalated retail related issues and maintain high performance.
• Oversee the inter department strategy, ensure good planning and execution for launching new products, and driving consumer engagement in store.
Performance Monitoring & Management :
• Track key inventory performance indicators and contribute to strategies for optimizing sales and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure optimal team capabilities within their department and focus.
• Problem-Solving: - Support retail teams in troubleshooting inventory-related issues and managing stock levels.
• Analyse local market trends and competitor activities to update on business strategies.
• Staying abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform business decisions.
Resource and risk Management & Collaboration:
• Risk Management: Identifying risks that could impact business plans and developing mitigation strategies to minimize potential negative effects.
• Operational risk: Analyzing operational issues, operating revenue , developing solutions, and ensuring plans are executable to achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Communication: creating and delivering presentations to management and stakeholders on business plans, operational developments, and performance.
• Managing allocated resources effectively and ensuring cost-efficiency for the overall business productivity and profitability
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or a related discipline, is often required.
• Minimum of more than 5 years of experience in business planning and related retail environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proven ability to interpret and implement planograms effectively.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions for effective business planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to coordinate and communicate with diverse teams to achieve shared goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
