Job Summary

  • As Senior Executive, Activation & Partnerships, you’ll support the team in bringing brand experiences to life — from ideation to execution. You’ll need hustle, precision, and a passion for creating moments that leave an impression.
The Day-To-Day Activities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of on-ground activations, sponsorships, and events.
  • Support with budgeting, vendor management, logistics, and resourcing.
  • Be hands-on during events — solving problems, managing timelines, and ensuring top-tier delivery.
  • Work closely with agencies, internal teams, and partners to ensure alignment and integration.
  • Support in scouting partnership or collaboration opportunities.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance content integration and event storytelling.

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in events, brand activations, or marketing.
  • Strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a bias for action.
  • Confident handling vendors, costings, and day-to-day project management.
  • Self-driven and independent, but thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional team.
  • A go-getter who sees problems as opportunities and always finds a way.
  • Interest in content, social media, or brand storytelling is a bonus.
