Role
We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements. The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company's solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success. If you are passionate about acquiring, managing and servicing high service revenue accounts with the objective of revenue growth and account retention, then this could very well be the role for you.

The Day-To-Day Activities
• Driven Sales Hunter; resourceful and committed to an aggressive sales strategy, with over 10 years of experience in delivering impactful elevator pitches and building trust to foster long-term relationships with clients.
• Quick to understand complex concepts and adept at customizing IT business solutions that not only address client challenges but also enhance their daily operations and overall business performance.
• Empathetic and responsive, serving as the primary contact for clients. Dedicated to providing top-notch service by efficiently resolving issues and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
• Actively engages with key stakeholders at all levels within U Mobile and client organizations to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Highly skilled in convincing and negotiating contracts and agreements that create win-win situations for both clients and U Mobile.
• Flexible with scheduling and willing to travel nationwide to meet and support clients’ needs.
• Initiates action independently while remaining attuned to market changes and fostering teamwork.

About You
• Degree in Accounting / Finance / Engineering / Computer Sciences / Telecommunications / IT or Business Management
• At least 10 years account management experience
• Telecommunications experience, especially in commercial management, account management is an added advantage
• PowerPoint presentation development skills
• Strategic and a very analytical mindset
• Ability to articulate thoughts in a logical, concise and convincing manner
• Creative and financially savvy
• Attention to detail and meticulous
• Excellent communicator and strong ability to influence
• Outgoing, extroverted and able to engage / build business relationships with C-suite audiences
