Job Responsibilities
1. Business & Solution Support
• Collaborate with Product Owners/Managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications.
• Support in designing and implementing business solutions under the guidance of senior team members.
• Participate in requirement analysis, impact assessments, and functional testing activities.
2. Technical & System Analysis
• Perform system analysis to identify process gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Support system configuration, integration, and testing efforts across different modules.
• Maintain and update technical documentation for assigned systems or CRs.
3. Solution Development & Automation (Hands-On)
• Develop and deploy automation workflows using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) to streamline operational and business processes.
• Design and build applications using PowerApps, integrating data sources such as SharePoint, Excel, and Dataverse.
• Configure and maintain JIRA automation rules, workflows, dashboards, and forms to improve team productivity and tracking accuracy.
• Support integration between systems through APIs or connectors within the Microsoft Power Platform environment.
• Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure technical deliverables meet quality standards.
4. Data & Reporting
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
• Assist in data preparation, transformation, and visualization activities to provide business insights.
5. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
• Coordinate with vendors on CR/project progress, testing, and deployment schedules.
• Track and report delivery status to stakeholders, highlighting risks and dependencies.
• Support in evaluating vendor solutions and verifying compliance with business and technical requirements.
6. Project & Budget Administration
• Support in annual operating plan (AOP) tracking, CR budgeting, and project pipeline reporting.
• Support project documentation, scheduling, and governance processes.
7. Continuous Learning & Improvement
• Develop working knowledge in core business systems such as CRM, Billing, and Digital Platforms.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, especially in Microsoft Power Platform and automation tools, to propose improvement ideas.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and share best practices within the team.
