The Day-To-Day Activities
- Business Performance Analysis & Problem Solving
- Support the Postpaid Team by analysing key performance areas such as base movement, churn trends, ARPU changes, acquisition quality, device bundle uptake, and campaign results.
- Identify patterns, anomalies, or shifts in customer behaviour and channel performance.
- Assist in investigating performance issues (e.g., churn increase, ARPU decline) through basic root-cause analysis.
- Work with marketing, device, sales, and operations teams to provide data-backed insights that support business decisions.
- Summarise insights into clear, concise findings for internal discussions and management updates.
- Data Preparation & Dashboarding
- Support the Postpaid Team by extracting and preparing data using SQL to produce reports and outputs tailored to business needs.
- Build, update and maintain Power BI dashboards to track postpaid performance, especially for campaign launches or new product rollouts.
- Continuous Improvement & Ad-Hoc Support
- Support the Postpaid Team to enhance reporting processes, ensuring outputs are efficient and aligned with business needs.
- Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis for urgent requests or special projects.
- Support other projects and assignments as required by management
