Job Summary
- E-Commerce Specialist that plays a critical role in driving online sales growth, conversion optimization, and digital revenue performance. The role combines business acumen, marketing technology expertise, and cross-functional leadership to deliver solutions that directly accelerate the company’s commercial outcomes. You will need to have a business & commercial mindset, the ability to translate business goals into scalable digital solutions/campaign that will increase online revenue, improve conversion rates and strengthen customer acquisition and retention. Basic understanding of latest trend and technology growth on software, network and security to ensure a stable, high-performing and conversion friendly digital ecosystem. Excellent interpersonal skills to partner with multiple cross business units, aligning marketing objectives and technical execution in fast-pace, results – driven environment.
The Day-To-Day Activities
- Develop Digital Sales Strategy & E-commerce Growth Plans
Develop and execute digital sales strategies that maximize revenue for owned e-commerce channels.
- Act as our e-commerce platform expert and evangelist, driving channel improvements that enhance conversion and customer experience.
- Ensure all digital initiatives and campaigns are directly tied to revenue goals, sales KPIs, and customer value metrics.
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify new conversion opportunities, promotional strategies, pricing enhancements, and advertising improvements.
- Partner with marketing, product, IT, agencies, and operations to build exclusive promotions, optimized bundles, and high-impact campaigns for online channels.
- Establish SLAs, workflows, and measurable KPIs for campaign execution and operational readiness (include logistic arrangement as and when is needed)
- Accelerate deployment of new technologies (e.g., live commerce, marketplace integrations) to reduce manual processes and shorten time-to-market.
- Collaborate with cross-functionally with marketing, product, partners, digital media agencies, IT and other operational team to come out with promos and product bundles exclusive for e-commerce channel.
- Identify potential risks and dependencies upfront to mitigate issues down the line with proper understanding of the root cause, conduct studies and research to come up with data driven solutions.
- Digital Media Budget Management and Channel Optimization.
- Manage and optimize digital performance marketing media campaigns, ensuring cost efficiency while maximizing sales impact based on the set CPA.
- Stay up to date with emerging digital trends, platforms, and technologies, applying best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
- Drive digital customer acquisition and retention initiatives, leveraging CRM and digital tools to enhance lifetime value.
- Analyze digital sales funnels, creative performance, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for higher conversion and stronger media efficiency.
- Data, Analytics & Conversions Insights
- Define and track e-commerce KPIs to measure sales, conversion, retention, and campaign performance.
- Track, monitor and analyse website and e-commerce traffic flow and provide regular internal reports. Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the product sales, revenue, or improving conversion to assist in driving business KPIs.
- Analyze data from web/e-commerce analytics, user research, and other sources to identify user behavior patterns and areas for improvement.
- Generate insights and reports to inform strategic decision-making regarding the digital experience.
- Project Management and Leadership
- Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, and partners to ensure timely launch of campaigns, content, and platform enhancements that support sales objectives.
- Clearly outlining project boundaries and limitations cut across multiple divisions.
- Lead and collaborate with all staff from different department/division, partners and management to ensure new development requirement is aligned with business strategy and meets the organization's standards.
- Oversee eShop operations and logistics, enabling smooth product launches, accurate promotional setup, and efficient order fulfilment that supports customer satisfaction and repeat sales
