Job Summary
This role provides
leadership in shaping the enterprise analytics vision, governance framework,
and transformation agenda while partnering closely with senior business leaders
to translate complex data into actionable business strategies. The incumbent will
oversee the development of scalable analytics capabilities, champion digital
and data innovation initiatives, and build a high-performing analytics
organization that supports sustainable business growth and competitive
advantage.
The Day-to-Day Activities
1. Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership
• Lead and drive the overall Enterprise analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, revenue growth targets, and customer experience priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to Enterprise senior leadership by providing data-driven insights, market intelligence, and strategic recommendations to support business planning and decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics and business intelligence team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Digital teams to identify business opportunities, optimize performance, and accelerate enterprise growth initiatives.
• Drive enterprise-wide adoption of analytics capabilities and cultivate a strong data-driven culture across the organization.
• Lead strategic analytics initiatives related to customer acquisition, retention, revenue optimization, pricing, segmentation, and operational efficiency.
2. Data Strategy, Infrastructure & Governance
• Establish and oversee enterprise-grade data infrastructure, analytics platforms, and business intelligence frameworks to support scalable and advanced analytics capabilities.
• Define and implement robust data governance, quality management, compliance, and security standards to ensure integrity, reliability, and ethical use of enterprise data assets.
• Collaborate with Technology, IT, and Digital teams to strengthen data architecture, integration, automation, and modernization initiatives.
• Drive continuous enhancement of data management practices, including data modelling, metadata management, performance monitoring, and data lifecycle governance.
• Evaluate and introduce emerging analytics technologies, AI/ML capabilities, and automation opportunities to enhance business performance and decision-making efficiency.
3. Business Insights & Performance Optimization
• Lead the development and deployment of enterprise dashboards, KPI frameworks, predictive models, and executive reporting tools to monitor business performance and support strategic planning.
• Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations on key business areas including revenue growth, customer behavior, churn management, sales effectiveness, and operational performance.
• Drive advanced analytics initiatives, including predictive and prescriptive analytics, to identify risks, opportunities, and business improvement areas proactively.
• Champion data storytelling and visualization best practices to effectively communicate complex analytical findings to senior management and executive stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and market developments to provide strategic insights that strengthen the organization’s market positioning.
